PacifiCorp has entered into confidentiality agreements with these third-party insurers to prevent the disclosure of its customers’ nonpublic personal information.

There are times when PacifiCorp is required to furnish information concerning present or former customers to government agencies or in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, levy, attachment or other comparable legal process; however, PacifiCorp endeavors to cause the party receiving such information to agree to maintain the confidentiality of the information.
