Washington Recreation - Fees

Parking fees
During the peak recreation season, between Memorial Day weekend and September 15, a parking fee of $3 will be collected on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays at reservoir day-use parks. The exception is Merwin Park, where a $1 parking fee will be charged on the same days during the peak season. No parking fee will be collected during the off-season or on Monday through Thursday during the peak season (holidays excepted).

Season passes
Peak annual season parking passes are $20. Season passes are sold locally, as well as through the mail. Camping fees remain unchanged. River access sites below Merwin and Eagle Cliff Park above Swift Reservoir remain without fees. To get a season pass by mail, write:

Camping fees
Camping fees at Cresap Bay, Cougar Camp and Beaver Bay are $17 per night. Camping at Swift Forest Camp is $14 per night. Extra vehicle charge for campers is $5 per night. Campground fees include access to adjoining day use parks. Campers entering other sites via vehicles will be required to pay applicable fees.

Reservations
Camping sites are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, with the exception of Cresap Bay and Cougar Camp, which require reservations. Group picnics of 50 or more people also require reservations. Call Pacific Power at (503) 813-6666 for day use or overnight reservations.

Pacific Power's Recreation Phone Line re-opens on March 1 at 9:00 a.m. each year to take campground reservations.
