Combine Hills

Combine Hills, a 41-megawatt wind facility near Milton-Freewater, Ore., began operations in December 2003 as part of an innovative collaboration between the Energy Trust of Oregon, Eurus Energy America and PacifiCorp. PacifiCorp is purchasing 100 percent of the facility’s output. Project has 41, 1-megawatt turbines.
