Rock River

Rock River is owned by Shell WindEnergy, Inc. It is located in Carbon County, near the town of Arlington. In service since 2001, it has a generating capability of  50 megawatts. Under power purchase agreement, PacifiCorp will purchase 100 percent of the facility’s energy output. The project has 50 1-megawatt turbines.
