RFP 2010 Administrator for Fish Habitat Projects funded by Blue Sky

PacifiCorp seeks bids from non-profit organizations who can provide habitat mitigation fund administrator services that support the company’s Oregon only - Blue SkySM Habitat program.  The Blue Sky Habitat prtogram provides customers the option to support renewable energy equal to 100 percent of their monthly electric use for an additional 1.20 cents per kilowatt-hour and make a $2.50 monthly donation each month that is directed to a third party to help fund projects that restore and preserve native salmon habitat in Oregon.
