Oregon Independent Evaluator RFP

PacifiCorp is soliciting this Independent Evaluator (IE) RFP on behalf of the Public Utility Commission of Oregon in compliance with Guideline 5 of UM 1182 Competitive Bidding Guidelines.

Interested parties and bidders may submit questions related to this solicitation, and PacifiCorp will respond in a timely fashion. All information, including pre-bid materials, questions, and PacifiCorp’s response to questions, will be posted to this website at pacificorp.com. Any questions on the RFP or related documents should be sent to PacifiCorp via email at rfp_2017OIE@pacificorp.com.

Three (3) copies of each proposal, one (1) of which must bear the original signature, must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Prevailing Time (PPT) on June 15, 2017. Proposals received after this time and date will not be accepted and returned to the bidder. PacifiCorp also requests that an additional copy be submitted electronically to rfp_2017OIE@pacificorp.com.

Each Proposal shall be in the format outlined in this section. Each Proposal shall be submitted prepared on standard 8 1/2 inch by 11 inch recycled paper, duplex printed (two-sided). Each Proposal shall be stapled or bound separately. THE PROPOSAL MUST BE ORGANIZED IN THE SAME ORDER AS THE INFORMATION IS REQUESTED IN THIS RFP. PacifiCorp may reject any Proposal that fails to follow these instructions.
