Segment G - Mona to Crystal
Project Overview
On behalf of PacifiCorp, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, cost-effective power and has proposed a project to construct a new high-voltage transmission line stretching approximately 400 miles from a new substation near Mona, Utah, continuing to the existing Crystal substation, north of Las Vegas, Nevada. This line will connect to two other substations along the way.
Our company will fulfill all necessary permitting and siting requirements and work to minimize impacts to the community and local environment from project development, construction and maintenance.

- Informational Meetings – August/September 2010
- Environmental Impact Statement – December 2008-2015
- Estimated line in service for customers – 2017-2019
