Our operating divisions have customer service improvement plans, with metrics to measure progress. These plans are dynamic, driven by feedback gained from customer satisfaction surveys and our continuous improvement philosophy. 

Embracing partnership and collaboration

In 2018, we partnered with Facebook and state and local community leaders to enable a data center expansion in Oregon supported by 100% renewable energy. This collaboration also supports Facebook’s data center being developed in Eagle Mountain, Utah, with 100% renewable energy. Both of these efforts represent a new approach. PacifiCorp is pioneering new ways for large business customers to meet their sustainability goals with renewable energy from specific, dedicated generation facilities.
