2017 Oregon Schedule 272 REC RFP
PacifiCorp is seeking cost-competitive bids under Oregon Schedule 272—Individually Negotiated Arrangement for unbundled RECs from facilities in Oregon and Utah.
Proposals must have the following characteristics:
- Projects able to directly connect to, or deliver on firm-transmission service to, PacifiCorp’s system in Oregon or Utah, must be certified as a Qualifying Facility (QF) under the Public Utilities Regulatory Policy Act (PURPA);
- Projects not able to directly connect to, or deliver on firm-transmission service to, PacifiCorp’s system, must be located in Oregon;
- RECs must be generated by a resource eligible for Green-e National standard;
- RECs must be generated by a wind or solar resource;
Any transactions resulting from this solicitation will be completed under Pacific Power Oregon Schedule 272—Individually Negotiated Arrangements.
Bidder(s) should provide PacifiCorp a completed Bid Response Form (Appendix A), via email to contact mailbox below, by due date of August 22, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Prevailing Time.
