2024 Renewable Energy Credits RFP
This 2024 RFP seeks cost-competitive bids for renewable energy credits (RECs) that can be used to meet its customers’ needs. PacifiCorp is seeking the following REC product type:
- WECC, CRS-listed unbundled RECs from a wind or solar Generating Facility with a commercial operation date on or after October 1, 2021.
- Owner of Generating Facility will have submitted a “Green-e Energy Attestation from Generator Participating in a Tracking System” form to Green-e and have Green-e’s acceptance of the form.
- Starting with vintage 2024, the term of the strip is to be 2, 5, or 10 years.
- Delivery: RECs will be transferred via the Western Renewable Energy Generation Information System (“WREGIS”).
Bidder(s) should provide PacifiCorp a completed Bid Response Form (Appendix A), via email to contact below, by due date of Friday March 8, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Prevailing Time.
Schedule: The indicative schedule for the 2024 RECs RFP, subject to change, is shown below.
