2026 Oregon Situs Phase 2 Request for Proposals
In compliance with Oregon Public Utility Commission (OPUC) Orders 25-343 and 26-215 issued under Docket Number UM 2383 and PacifiCorp’s 2025 IRP LC-85 Supplemental Filing, PacifiCorp will be issuing the 2026 Oregon Situs Phase 2 Request for Proposals (2026 OR Situs Phase 2 RFP) in the coming weeks. The 2026 OR Situs RFP will be going before the OPUC on October 27, 2026, in the open meeting. If approved, the RFP will be swiftly issued; the tentative schedule, which is subject to change is below:
