RECs Reverse RFP Summer 2026
PacifiCorp is proposing to sell unbundled Oregon-allocated RECs in this Reverse REC.
Certain offered RECs, from eligible renewable resources shown in the attached RFP document, have the following characteristics:
- The RECs are offered with no labels or certifications,
- The generation associated with these Oregon-allocated RECs is reported to the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality as emissions-free. Consistent with ORS 469A.410(2), ORS 469A.430, ORS 469A.460, and the Oregon Public Utility Commission’s decision on this issue in Order 24-002, RECs are not relevant for compliance with HB 2021.
- RECs are offered for any period from January 2007 through December 2026.
Bidder(s) should provide PacifiCorp a completed Bid Response Form (Exhibit A), via email to contact below, by due date of Friday, June 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Prevailing Time.
