PacifiCorp to waive cancellation fees through April 30 on Lewis River recreation site due to COVID-19

March 19, 2020

Responding to the COVID-19 outbreak, PacifiCorp will waive campground reservation cancellation fees until April 30 as long as cancellations are made at least eight days before the planned arrival date.

Customers electing to cancel their reservations will receive a full refund.  Customers may make a new reservation using the online system or by discussing date changes with reservation agents for later in the season, depending on availability.

At this time, all open PacifiCorp parks and day use areas will remain available for public use with regularly scheduled hours of operation; future campground openings remain on schedule.

PacifiCorp continues to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak and will provide updates if additional changes need to be made. Please visit our website pacificorp.com/community/recreation/washington.html for current information.

If safety and health concerns dictate, PacifiCorp may temporarily close public parks and campgrounds. In that instance, customers impacted will receive a full refund of their camping reservations fee during the closure periods.
