Pavilions located at Merwin Park and Swift Forest Camp can be reserved for use between the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and September 15. The Saddle Dam Park pavilion can be reserved for use between Friday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
Pavilion use hours coincide with park operating hours. Reservations are for a full day; partial day reservations are not available.
Completing a pavilion reservation demonstrates that the customer agrees to the information listed on this webpage, and agrees to abide by all park rules and policies, including event policies.
Clean up of a pavilion prior to departure is the sole responsibility of the reservation holder. Pavilions and picnic tables are to be left in same condition as found upon arrival. Any messes or damage to pavilion or picnic tables within will be assessed, and a cleaning or repair fee may be applied. Upon arrival, reservation holders are to assess the condition of the pavilion and tables and note any pre-existing damages to a Park Host.
The pavilion reservation fee is $50/day. A non-refundable booking fee of $8 is applied.
Any changes made to an existing pavilion reservation will have a non-refundable $8 change fee applied.
Pavilion reservation cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee if cancellation is made 8 days or less in advance of the reservation date.
Pavilion reservation cancellations will be provided a full refund (less booking or any applicable change fees) of reservation fees if canceled 9 days or more in advance of the reservation date.
No-shows will not be provided a refund of reservation fees.
If a pavilion is not reserved, it will remain available for use on a first-come, first-served basis.
