Demand Response RFP 2021

The Demand Response Request for Proposals is part of the Conditions to Acknowledgement in Oregon for PacifiCorp's Integrated Resource Plan. The RFP will be released in early 2021.

In preparation for the RFP, the Company released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to help build a comprehensive list of qualified bidders who will receive the RFP. Review the Demand Response RFQ here. Responses were due on or before November 23, 2020. See a list of respondents to the RFQ who indicated their interest in subcontracting with other vendors for the upcoming RFP. 

The RFP was released to registered bidders on February 8, 2021 and responses are due on March 15, 2021.

In addition, the RFP was filed with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission on February 9, 2021 under Docket UE 210088.
